He leads the company's strategy, product vision, systems architecture, and AI direction across a growing portfolio of platforms spanning healthcare, workforce development, enterprise software, governance, digital infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
With over nine years of experience in product leadership, enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, Simon specializes in translating complex organizational challenges into scalable, secure, and human-centered technology solutions. His work bridges executive strategy with technical execution, enabling organizations to modernize responsibly while maintaining resilience, compliance, and long-term sustainability.
Under his leadership, Migradia develops technologies that help governments, enterprises, and communities navigate the transition into an AI-enabled world. The company's work ranges from enterprise advisory and digital transformation to the creation of software platforms that expand access, improve decision-making, and strengthen institutional capability across Africa.
