We operate under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 (KDPA) and, where users access our site from the European Economic Area, the EU ePrivacy Directive and GDPR. Essential cookies are placed on the basis of legitimate interests. All other cookies require your explicit consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time via the cookie banner or by contacting us.

We do not use advertising cookies, social-media tracking pixels or cross-site tracking technologies. We do not share cookie data with third-party advertising networks.

5. Third-party services
Our site may embed content from Google Fonts (loaded over HTTPS). Google's own privacy policy applies to any data processed when fonts are loaded. We load fonts with the display=swap parameter and do not pass personally identifiable information in font requests.
Video content on the site (hero background) is served from our own infrastructure — not from YouTube, Vimeo or other third-party video platforms.
