Juniper's Mist AI platform provides self-driving network capabilities — RF optimisation, proactive event detection and automated troubleshooting — that reduce NOC workload and improve user experience across large campus environments.

   We map your technology requirements and propose the right configuration before any commercial commitment is made.

   Procurement & staging

   Hardware sourced from authorised channels, delivered to our Nairobi facility, then imaged, configured and tested before site delivery.

   Deployment & commissioning

   Certified engineers install, cable, configure and commission to a documented test specification. Every system is signed off before handover.

4. 04

   Support & lifecycle management

   In-warranty support, break-fix coverage and hardware lifecycle planning managed from our Nairobi service centre.
