Civil & Structural Works
The shell and the slab.
What we deliver
Migradia coordinates all civil, structural and architectural works for new data-centre buildings and fit-outs, working with your nominated principal contractor and specialist subcontractors to enforce the data-centre design specification throughout the build process. We manage the technical requirements for raised-floor loading, structural penetrations, fire compartmentation, cable containment routes and civil works, ensuring the physical infrastructure meets the specification.
Scope of work
- Shell and core coordination & technical oversight
- Raised floor specification & sub-floor design
- Fire compartmentation & penetration sealing
- Structural load review for raised floor & equipment
- Civil works for cable containment & external services
- Principal contractor liaison & technical governance
Technical standards
Migradia designs and builds to internationally recognised standards, adapted for each market's operating environment — grid quality, climate and local building codes.
Our delivery edge
Migradia's engineers have delivered server rooms and data halls across multiple markets. They understand the operational realities of enterprise data-centre delivery — variable grid quality, climatic conditions, import logistics, and local regulatory requirements — and design for them from day one.
