Cooling & Thermal Design
Keep the heat out of the aisle.
What we deliver
As server densities increase with AI and GPU workloads, data-centre cooling becomes the critical design constraint. Migradia's thermal design engineers model airflow, design hot/cold aisle containment, specify in-row and rear-door cooling for high-density racks and evaluate direct liquid cooling and immersion cooling for GPU clusters. We use computational fluid dynamics (CFD) modelling to validate thermal designs before construction.
Scope of work
- Hot/cold aisle containment design
- CRAC & CRAH selection & sizing
- In-row cooler & rear-door heat exchanger design
- Direct liquid cooling & immersion cooling design
- CFD thermal modelling & airflow validation
- Free cooling & economiser integration
Technical standards
Migradia designs and builds to internationally recognised standards, adapted for each market's operating environment — grid quality, climate and local building codes.
Our delivery edge
Migradia's engineers have delivered server rooms and data halls across multiple markets. They understand the operational realities of enterprise data-centre delivery — variable grid quality, climatic conditions, import logistics, and local regulatory requirements — and design for them from day one.
Delivery outcomes
CFD model validated before construction starts
Hot-aisle temperatures maintained within spec under full load
